My Son and his Asthma Peeps

When I first heard about Asthma Peeps, adorable, yet silly, stickers for children’s asthma puffers and spacers, I thought, how cute and fun! My son will LOVE these! What a simple, yet brilliant idea!

We received two sticker packs – one for boys, one for girls. The larger stickers have a place for the child’s name and adhere to an asthma spacer. The smaller stickers are to decorate the puffer itself.

Take a look at how great these are!

Boy’s Peeps – Dinosaur, Super Hero, and Pirate

Girl’s Peeps – Fairy, Ladybug, and Mermaid

I found these stickers absolutely charming, but what did my four-year-old think? He went wild for them too! Take a look. He loves stickers, what child doesn’t, and was really eager to decorate his typically boring spacer and puffer for school.

Tristan went straight for the pirate to start…ahoy!

Carefully applying the sticker to his spacer. He managed to fit two large stickers on the spacer, although I think only one is necessary. (Who am I to limit his creativity?)

And on to the puffer. He went a little over board with this part. I think each puffer ended up with three sets of eyes and mouths. Maybe these are alien puffers from another planet?

The finished product – two asthma spacers and puffers. One set for home, one set for school. How adorable are these??!!

We also received two Asthma Emergency cards. Really practical business card size fits in a wallet or backpack easily. Front and back shown below.

To top it all off, Asthma Peeps donates $1 from every order to Asthma Australia. So, you can feel extra great about your purchase.

Right now you can only find Asthma Peeps for sale on their website (yes, they deliver internationally), but we’re giving away some Asthma goodies right here.

my son is GREAT at taking his asthma meds, he counts out loud between puffs (unless he is having an asthma attack)

My little brother resists sometimes, but a little nudge gets him to take it.

We’ve nicknamed our daughter’s spacer “bumblebee” mask and this is how she is to play with bumblebee mask. So she’s usually really good about using her inhaler when needed.

My daughter fights to talk all her medications including her inhaler. She is a bone marrow transplant patient so she take a lot of medicine and she doesn’t understand why she has to take medicine a few times a day and her brother and sister don’t.

My daughter and son would love this. My daughter is usually pretty good with taking it however on the odd occassion she will play up a little bit but when I explain to her she needs to show her little brother she tends to come around,

    • Oh, she sounds like a wonderful big sister! When he was smaller, we used to practice on my son’s teddy bears in order to be ok with the inhaler.

  10. A little confused as giveaway says to leave a comment but it’s on a facebook page. Do I leave a comment here?

My daughter doesn’t resist taking her asthma meds anymore but when she was 2 we had to hold her down and bribe her.
