The Eczema Cure: Heal From The Inside Out With Real Food

You invest in new remedies for eczema, hoping the itch and suffering will go away. The redness and itch disappear for a few days, you finally get your piece of mind, but alas it rears its ugly head once again.

Sounds familiar? Well what if we told you the secret to curing eczema isn’t what we put on our bodies, but what we put in them. While natural eczema creams can work well temporarily, most the time you need to look within your body, not topically to find more permanent eczema relief.

The Eczema Cure

Emily Bartlett is a Holistic Health Practitioner and creator of the Holistic Squid who specializes in eczema conditions and is known for an eczema cure that naturally heals eczema from the inside out by changing what you eat. Diet is a big part of the healing process when it comes to eczema. In fact, it helped heal 95% of my son’s eczema – read about it in Natural Remedies for Eczema, What Worked for My Son.

I love Emily’s approach and wanted to share it with you. We hope you find relief too!

  1. It is very true in many diseases that a proper healthy diet controls & cures many tough diseases’ conditions as one can avoid the food causing a particular problem in his/her body and increase the intake of a food which is helpful in curing your health problem. So have a fine balance in your diet/food/drinks to remain healthy forever.

Have you had type IV skin patch testing done for skin allergies? Many have these contact allergies and don’t know it.
